Six Flags Fiesta Texas Food and Drinks

Six Flags Fiesta Texas
Six Flags Fiesta Texas has a decent variety of food options to enjoy while you're running from attraction to attraction. The desserts, in particular, are not to be missed! This theme park has the BEST funnel cakes we've ever had, along with some unique soft serve options. The savory food at the park is solid as well, ranging from BBQ options to burgers and fries to turkey legs and more.

Overall, the food is mostly typical theme park fare with some more unique options sprinkled in. The pricing is cheap compared to most other theme parks and average compared to standard restaurant pricing. You definitely won't feel a huge pinch on your wallet when you eat at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, but you won't be dining on super high quality food either.

Top 3 Places to Eat in Six Flags Fiesta Texas

No 1 Icon
Funnel*liscious or Mockingbird Funnel Cakes
Yes, we were pretty skeptical when we first saw the asterisk in Funnel*liscious, but our first bite of funnel cake made us forgive all. Six Flags Fiesta Texas has the best funnel cakes we've ever had, and we can't stop raving about them! Both Funel*liscious and Mockingbird Funnel Cakes use the same standard funnel cake batter but offer different topping options. That means the quality is the same but you get more options! Don't sleep on this treat while you're visiting this park.

Sangerfest Halle
When it comes to variety and convenience, Sangerfest Halle is your best bet at this theme park. They have calzones, pizza, brisket, sausages, salad, and more! It's perfect for satisfying large groups with different food preferences. It's also conveniently located near one of the train stations, making it easily accessible no matter which part of the park you're in.

Old Blues Barbeque
If you're craving BBQ, Old Blues Barbeque is the place to go. There's certainly better barbecue options in San Antonio, but this barbecue is pretty great for a theme park. The serving portions are generous, the pricing is solid, and there's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. We recommend trying the potato salad as a side to pair with whatever barbecue floats your boat!

Food & Drinks

Bubba's Cafe
Burgers, Chicken Strips & Wings
Price: $10 - $15
For classic burgers, chicken strips, or even chicken wings, Bubba's Cafe is a solid stop. It's located right on the border of Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District, so it can get a little busy sometimes. However, the line moves pretty quickly and there are plenty of places to sit and eat nearby. The food is solid -nothing to write home about, but not horrible either.
Located in Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District
Smokehouse Canyon
Turkey Legs
Price: $10 - $15
There's something about enjoying a big ol' turkey leg that just completes the theme park experience. The Smokehouse Canyon food cart exists to give us that experience. Each turkey leg is huge and large enough to share as a very filling snack or even a whole meal. Also, the waits are usually never long here.
Located in Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District
Chop Six
Chinese/Asian Fast Food
Price: $10 - $15
Chop Six is essentially Six Flags' version of Panda Express, with less options. The food is just okay. It's edible and has some flavor, but, otherwise, it's not great. If you're REALLY craving Panda Express and you can't wait until you leave the theme park, this will probably hold you over. Otherwise, we recommend eating at some of the better restaurants around the park.
Located in Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District
Dippin' Dots Cart
Dippin' Dots Ice Cream
Price: $5 - $10
This is a typical Dippin' Dots stand found in every Six Flags park throughout the nation. They have all the usual favorite flavors for everyone to enjoy.
Located in Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District
Lemonade
Snacks & Drinks
Price: $5 - $10
An upgraded lemonade stand, this quick food stop offers drinks and snacks while you jump from ride to ride in Crackaxle Canyon. The frozen lemonade, in particular, is a tasty treat for those hot days!
Located in Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District
Old Blues Barbecue
BBQ, Sandwiches & Turkey Legs
Price: $10 - $20
This popular eatery is located just outside the entrance to the water park section of Six Flags Fiesta Texas. It features grilled bbq favorites and southern sides, like mac n cheese and potato salad. The portions are decently sized for the price, and they can certainly be shared between two people and still be a satisfying meal.
Located in Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District
Thirsty Buffalo Saloon
Drinks & Appetizers
Price: $5 - $10
This classic western saloon is a great spot to escape the summer heat and cool off with a drink. It's dark and cool inside, so it's also a nice escape from the crowds. Most days, it's not very busy inside. They have limited snacks available on the menu as well, although nothing too filling.
Located in Crackaxle Canyon Screampunk District
AZTEK THE ULTIMATE Nachos
Nachos, Snacks & Drinks
Price: $5 - $15
Despite the name, the "ultimate" nachos at this food stand are mediocre at best. We prefer the other snacks, like the fresh pretzels or the drinks. The nachos are okay -they're just lacking cohesion. The bowl they come in makes them difficult to eat without spilling. The toppings are plopped right on top with not much thought. There wasn't nearly as much cheese as we would've liked. There's certainly a lot that can be improved at this stand.
Located in DC Universe
Johnny Rockets Express
Hamburgers, Shakes & Chicken Strips
Price: $5 - $15
Johnny Rockets Express is at just about every non-Disney theme park we've visited and it's a classic theme park meal. This location serves up the same great burgers and shakes we're used to at Johnny Rockets. This is our best recommendation for if you're looking for a traditional burger & fries type of meal at Six Flags Fiesta Texas (although there's also another Johnny Rockets express at Boardwalk).
Located in DC Universe
Fireball Snacks
Snacks & Drinks
Price: $5 - $10
You're at the boardwalk, so you may as well grab a drink and a snack and enjoy the sunshine! The churros and pretzels here are just fine, and the drinks are great for keeping you hydrated. There's also usually never a long line.
Located in Fiesta Bay Boardwalk
Johnny Rockets Express
Burgers, Shakes & Fries
Price: $10 - $15
There's nothing like digging into a comforting burger and a thick shake while you're at a Six Flags park, and the best burgers and shakes can be found at the Johnny Rockets Express locations. This location has much less shade than the other location (in DC Universe), but it also has a nicer view than the other location.
Located in Fiesta Bay Boardwalk
La Cantina
Snacks & Drinks
Price: $5 - $15
It's not a party without beer or margaritas, and you can get both right at this stand as you enter the park. While it's great for starting off your day with those adult beverages, they also have the usual array of soft drinks and water options.
Located in Los Festivales
Mockingbird Funnel Cake
Funnel Cakes & ICEEs
Price: $10 - $15
There are two places to get funnel cakes at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and we can't stop recommending them. These are, hands down, the BEST funnel cakes we've ever had! We think it's likely the batter and the generous toppings that make it stand out above all other funnel cakes. The premium Oreo funnel cakes are indulgent and wonderful and taste like how a theme park feels. You can't really go wrong with any flavor, though, even a plain funnel cake with just powdered sugar. Whatever you do, don't miss out on one of these babies while you're visiting this park.
Located in Los Festivales
Roasted Corn
Roasted Corn & Drinks
Price: $5 - $10
If you enjoy elotes or just corn in general, this is a nice snack top for you. There's usually never a line, and the corn is pretty solid. It's also a great snack to grab on the way to a ride, so you have something to enjoy while you're waiting in line!
Located in Los Festivales
Soft Frozen Lemonade
Lemonade & Snacks
Price: $5 - $10
These convenient lemonade and snack stands are located throughout the park. The frozen lemonade is a tasty treat that can be enjoyed at any time during the day. The churros are also pretty decent if you want something light to snack on.
Located in Los Festivales
Bee Bops
Popcorn, Pretzels, Drinks
Price: $5 - $10
Bee Bops is another snack stand that offers pretzels, popcorn, ice cream, and drinks. It's usually not very busy, so it's great to grab a quick snack before heading to your next destination.
Located in Rockville
Blue Showman Soft Serve
Soft Serve
Price: $5 - $10
The blue soft serve is this restaurant's featured item and it's pretty tasty. The flavor is very light -barely different than the regular vanilla soft serve- blue the blue color is pretty and potentially instagram-worthy.
Located in Rockville
Funnel*liscious
Funnel Cakes
Price: $0 - $15
If you skipped the funnel cakes at the front of the park and now find yourself craving something sweet, don't miss out on some of the best funnel cakes you'll ever have at Funnel*liscious. Sure, the name isn't doing it any favors, but the funnel cakes here are the BEST! You can't go wrong with any flavor. Also, you'll definitely want to share, as these are pretty large (so standard funnel cake size).
Located in Rockville
Kona Ice
Shaved Ice
Price: $5 - $10
This cute little shaved ice truck is perfect for a quick snack to cool you down. The line, if there is any, moves pretty quickly, and the flavor options are fantastic. This is particularly great to snack on if you're not super hungry but want something to enjoy while waiting in line for your next ride.
Located in Rockville
Pete's Eats
Burgers, Fries, Shakes
Price: $8 - $15
This charming 60's-themed diner is a groovy place to grab a lunch or dinner at the park. You can get cozy in their classic plastic booths as you munch down on a burger. Sometimes there can be a bit of a long wait, as this restaurant is pretty popular. On particularly hot days though, the shakes here are well worth the wait.
Located in Rockville
Pit Stop
Drinks
Price: $5 - $10
If you're thirsty and need a refill, Pit Stop is a quick and convenient place to fill up. They really only offer drinks here, so the line moves quickly.
