LEGOLAND California is a theme park that's dedicated to quality, and the food options in the park reflect that. The food at this park is a step above most other theme parks in terms of variety and quality. There are undoubtedly unique options a the park, like Granny's Apple Fries. There are plenty of great choices for kids, from burgers and hot dogs to barbecue and ramen. We love eating at at this theme park and are excited to present our list of the best LEGOLAND California Food. Don't miss these tasty treats during your next visit to the park!

1. Tofu Curry

$13.50
Fun Town Urban Kitchen | Fun Town
This meal came straight out of the left field for us, since neither tofu nor curry are on the top of our favorite meals list. However, the Tofu Curry at Fun Town Urban Kitchen is one of the best theme park meals we've ever had. It's made fresh in front of you by a chef, so you can make special requests or just chat with the artist making your food. The tofu soaks in the curry's sweet taste, making them super flavorful bites. The vegetables pair perfectly with each other and the rest of the dish.

This is a meal you don't have to feel guilty about eating since it's so healthy. It's also perfectly filling, which means you can finish the whole meal and feel satisfied and not too full. If Fun Town Urban Kitchen is open while you're visiting LEGOLAND California, this dish is something you should absolutely try!

FYI: There's also a version of this curry with chicken, which is also delicious.

2. Smoked Brisket

$14.99 (The Smokehouse) | $21.99 (Taste of Texas) | $26.99 (Smoked Haven)
Knight's Smokehouse BBQ | Castle Hill
Knight's Smokehouse is probably most people's favorite restaurant at LEGOLAND California, and it's not hard to see why. The entire area around the restaurant smells delicious! The best item to get at this popular restaurant is the Smoked Brisket. This brisket is packed with flavor without being overwhelming. It's also soft and pairs well with the other meats on the menu (and with that delicious Mac & Cheese).

This is available in a few different meal options, with the cheapest including just the brisket and a hot link. The most expensive meal includes all of the meat favorites at Knight's Smokehouse BBQ: Smoked Brisket, Smoked Pulled Pork, and Ribs.

3. Grilled Steak Sandwich

$13.50

The curry isn't all that's good at Fun Town Urban Kitchen. The Grilled Steak Sandwich is also tasty, which explains why it often has the longest line in the restaurant. This sandwich is simple but satisfying, with your choice to top it with caramelized onions and either Cheez-whiz or sharp white cheddar. The Cheez-whiz option sounds a bit strange, but it's actually pretty great and is beloved by kids. You also get a side of kettle chips and a pickle to complete your meal!

4. Granny's Apple Fries

$6.25
Granny's Apple Fries | Castle Hill
Did you really go to LEGOLAND California if you didn't get Granny's Apple Fries? The answer is no, no, you did not! These fries are not at all like our lovable potato fries that are sold everywhere. These are slices of apples that have been breaded and fried to perfection. They're suitable as a dessert or snack, and they're great for sharing while you're walking through the park. The fries themselves are solid, but they're only half as good without the creamy vanilla sauce that comes with it. The sauce adds a creamy texture to your bites, giving this dish a touch of je ne sais quoi. Trust us -you want to try these if you're visiting LEGOLAND for the first time!

5. Chocolate Twist

$3.25
The Market | The Beginning
The Chocolate Twist at The Market is another food item at LEGOLAND California that isn't quite a meal. What it is, however, is delicious, cheap, and convenient. This little pastry is easy to overlook, especially with all the other flashy options to eat in the park. The croissant bread's simplicity paired with the chocolate's rich sweetness is balanced to perfection.

This pasty is perfect for a quick breakfast if you're planning an early start at the theme park and don't want to be bogged down with a full meal. It's also great as a snack on your way out of the park in the afternoon or evening and isn't too heavy to enjoy before a reservation at one of the fantastic restaurants at the LEGOLAND California hotels.

6. California Burger

$14.25
Burger Kitchen | Pirate Shores
There are plenty of burgers to enjoy in the LEGOLAND California theme park, but our favorite is the California Burger at Burger Kitchen. The buns are toasted lightly for some wonderful added texture. The fillings (lettuce, avocado, bacon and cheese) have the perfect ratio, with no ingredient overpowering the other. The sauce adds a punch of flavor that also helps keep the burger juicy with every bite. Burger Kitchen also offers great views of Miniland USA from its top-of-the-hill seating area, which is bound to make any meal that much better!

7. Korean BBQ Wings

$6.99 (3 Wings) | $10.99 (6 Wings) | $13.99 (Combo)
Ninja Kitchen | LEGO Ninjago World
Ninja Kitchen is another LEGOLAND California restaurant that isn't open daily. When it is open, the chicken wings here are a fantastic treat. The Korean BBQ Wings, in particular, are sweet, savory and delicious. The Salt and Pepper wings are a little too spicy, while the Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Wings were a little too sweet. The Korean BBQ wings are just the right amount of sweetness while still having a great crunch.

These wings are worth the mess they make (especially if you're dining with young kids), and they're pretty affordable for what you get. You can opt for a snack of just 3 wings or a larger meal with 6 wings. They're also great for sharing!

8. Mac & Cheese

$4.95
Knight's Smokehouse BBQ | Castle Hill
Although there are plenty of great side dishes at Knight's Smokehouse BBQ, the Mac & Cheese is one of their best options. We may be biased because we're big fans of mac n cheese in general, but this Mac & Cheese is one of the best we've had in a theme park. It's creamy, the blend of cheeses is rich and delicious, and it's topped with a crunchy layer of breadcrumbs for texture. It pairs perfectly with any of the BBQ options on the menu, but also makes for a great snack on its own. Don't miss out on this gem if you're visiting Knight's Smokehouse BBQ during your visit to the theme park.

9. Churros

$6.55
Churros Con Chocolate | Castle Hill
The Churros Con Chocolate stand at Castle Hill is usually only open during busier days at the park. This means they're rarer than most of the other popular items on this list, but they're worth a stop if you do happen to see the stand open during your visit. The churros are perfectly seasoned and sweet, with a brilliant crunchy outside and warm, soft inside. The chocolate dip that comes with it could be sweeter, but it's still a great snack overall. These churros are also pretty thick, so one order is easily shareable between two people, despite the churros not being very long.

10. Nutella & Banana Crepe

$6.95
Cloud Cuckoo Crepes | LEGO Movie World
There's only one place to get crepes in LEGOLAND California and it's at Cloud Cuckoo Crepes. Unfortunately, this is another eatery location only open during busier days at the park. When it is available, however, the Nutella & Banana Crepe is not one you want to miss. The popular combination of Nutella and banana is always a winner, but when added with a sweet crepe, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and some powdered sugar, you get is a no-brainer. Have it for dessert. Have it as a snack. Or even have it as a full meal! This crepe is satisfying, and definitely a must-try at this colorful theme park.
