What began as a berry farm in the 1920s has grown to be a beloved 57-acre theme park in Southern California. Started by Walter Knott and his family, the theme park now features 40 rides and welcomes about 4 million guests every year! From charming Ghost Town to adorable Camp Snoopy to festive Feista Village to laid-back Boardwalk, there's plenty to enjoy at the Knotts Berry Farm theme park.

Knotts Berry Farm has so much to offer and is a great park for those who enjoy theme parks but not the hustle and bustle or planning that comes with going to more popular parks. Tickets are rarely sold out, but the park still gets busy enough to be exciting, especially during the summer months. It's a perfect family park, with rides and attractions for everyone, and a Peanuts-themed land made with the little ones in mind.

Our theme park guide can help you choose which attractions you should not miss, like the Butterfield Stagecoach and seeing Boardwalk after dark. We also have reviews for all the park eateries, so you know where to go for a great meal, whether you're looking for something quick and casual or more relaxed and formal. Regardless of what you ride or where you eat, we're sure you'll enjoy yourself at one of California's oldest theme parks!

If you visit Knotts Berry Farm for longer than one day, it's cheaper to purchase an annual pass, which is a great bonus if you live in or plan to visit Los Angeles often! Food plans help keep spending low on meals throughout the day, and merchandise prices are fairly reasonable.

BEST SEASONS TO VISIT
Oct - Dec
Mar - May
The holiday seasons bring grand celebrations to the theme park from Knotts Scary Farm in October to Knotts Merry Farm in December. The parks tend to get busy during the weeks surrounding major holidays, but crowds are otherwise bearable and the weather is fantastic. Late spring/early summer is also a great time to enjoy the park before the summer rush.
